Cameron M. Kennedy
Cameron M. Kennedy has devoted his legal practice to representing individuals and
their families in many facets of the law. Mr. Kennedy has concentrated his practice
as a trial lawyer handling cases in the areas of plaintiff's personal injury, wrongful
death, insurance bad faith, complex commercial litigation, and criminal defense.
Mr. Kennedy earned distinction early in his legal career as one of the youngest trial
lawyers to be awarded membership in The Million Dollar Advocates Forum-Top
Trial Lawyers in America. This recognition is limited to only those attorneys who
have won million and multi-million dollar verdicts, awards and settlements on
behalf of their clients. Fewer than 1% of lawyers in the United States are members
with this distinction.
Mr. Kennedy is also an EAGLE member of the Florida Justice Association and serves on the Board of Directors. Mr. Kennedy is also a member of the American Bar Association, the American Inns of Court, the Florida Bar Association, and the Tallahassee Bar Association.
Mr. Kennedy is a fourth generation Floridian and was raised in Tallahassee, Florida. He received both his
undergraduate and law degrees from Florida State University in 2002 and 2005 respectively. Mr. Kennedy had the
distinction of serving as the president of the College of Law Mock Trial Program and has remained active as an
advisor and volunteer in various capacities with the law school. Mr. Kennedy is admitted to the Florida Bar, The
Florida Supreme Court, and the United States Court for the Northern District of Florida. |
